Taiji Beginner Lessons

The Wuji Institute organises beginner lessons for everybody who wants to learn Taiji Quan. Every Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 am in 'Gymzaal Pandora', Pandora 7 - Amstelveen.

Taiji Quan is originally a Chinese martial art that has been practiced for thousands of years. It consists of smooth and relaxed movements that are carried out with attention. Because Taiji Quan combines awareness and relaxation, it is ideal to combat stress and it increases flexibility and concentration. Taiji Quan is suited for anyone who wants to learn a martial art and at the same time wants to stay healthy and vital.

Qigong Week 2018

In April 2018 the Wuji Institute will once again organize the annual Qigong Training Week. Under the guidance of Master Kong Mien Ho various qigong forms and meditations will be practiced this week. Over a period of eight days participants can practice and meditate with full attention and without any distractions. A unique opportunity to further deepen and strengthen the qigong practice.

In daily life it is rarely possible to dedicate so much time to the cultivation of internal energy and experience a positive change in body and mind. By practicing in a group the energy will be much stronger and this will make the training week a special experience. Multiple qigong forms will be practiced during the Qigong Week: Master Medicine Buddha, Golden Metal Body, Thousand Arms, Thousand Eyes Guanyin qigong and Da Zhang Gong (Great Treasures Qigong).

Please register as soon as possible, as the number of available places is limited.
